How A Hydrafacial Works

Your procedure will consist of several steps. First, the skin is gently and thoroughly exfoliated. The exfoliation is not painful. In fact, it's reported as being pleasant and relaxing. Next, a handheld device is used to extract dirt and debris lodged within the facial pores. The suction will pull impurities from your skin to give you a fresh, healthy glow. Lastly, a hydrating serum is applied to saturate the skin with antioxidants to promote skin health. The serum will also protect the freshly revealed facial skin. The entire treatment takes approximately 45 minutes to complete.

Is There Any Downtime Associated With A Hydrafacial?

A HydraFacial is easy to fit into your schedule, as there is no downtime. You may notice slight redness from the suction associated with the handheld device, but it resolves quickly and most patients are comfortable continuing their day as usual. The appointment can even be scheduled during your lunch hour for your convenience.
